Plus simplement, on peut dire que le malus sera plafonn\u00e9 \u00e0 50 % du prix d\u2019achat du v\u00e9hicule.<\/p>\n<p>Depuis le 1er janvier 2022, le bar\u00e8me des \u00e9missions de dioxyde de carbone est fix\u00e9 de la fa\u00e7on suivante :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>lorsque les \u00e9missions sont inf\u00e9rieures \u00e0 128 g\/km, le tarif est nul ;<\/li>\n<li>lorsque les \u00e9missions sont
