En clair, il consid\u00e8re qu\u2019il a \u00e9t\u00e9 contraint de d\u00e9missionner, la rupture du contrat de travail incombant alors \u00e0 l\u2019employeur, devant s\u2019analyser comme un licenciement sans cause r\u00e9elle et s\u00e9rieuse\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Ce qu\u2019admet aussi le juge !
