s&rsquo;entendent du revenu fiscal de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence figurant sur l&rsquo;avis d&rsquo;imp\u00f4t sur le revenu \u00e9tabli au titre de l&rsquo;avant-derni\u00e8re ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dant celle de la signature du contrat de location.<\/p>\n<p>Ces plafonds sont r\u00e9vis\u00e9s au 1er janvier de chaque ann\u00e9e en fonction de la variation annuelle de l\u2019indice de
